Shipping Policy
We’re currently only shipping to countries in the UK and Europe. We send parcels up to 5kg within the UK and up to 2kg to Europe (including Ireland). It is important to note that orders shipped to Europe may incur additional import duties or other taxes which the customer is responsible for paying.

We currently only ship to the UK. All deliveries are sent out first class on Thursday. They take 1-2 days to arrive. If you require your bakes on a different day, please just add a note in your text box whilst ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer a returns policy on baked goods. You have the right to cancel your order within 1 working day after you or a third party have confirmed your purchase. To cancel your order, you must inform us of this decision via email with a clear statement setting out your decision, which of the goods you wish to cancel, the date of your order, your full name and address.
